IFNTUOG relies on state regulations and the following admission criteria are set up for the entrants:

• bachelor degree or higher
• B2 level of proficiency in English (proved by certificate, state exam (Unified Entrance Exam, “EVI”, or internal exam
• Programme entry exam (organized by university), which includes testing of knowledge on Programming, Electrical engineering, Measurement technologies and Computer systems and networks.
