Master’s program“Information Technologies for Sustainable Energy Development” (IT4SEE) has successfully passed a strict international quality inspection, confirming its compliance with the highest global standards.
Key facts about the programme:
- German Recognition (ZEvA): The program received international accreditation from a German agency ZEvA (Hannover) – one of the most experienced agencies in Germany with 27 years of experience in the field of evaluation and certification of higher education. The accreditation process started in January 2024 and was successfully completed in November of the same year.
- The term of validity: The received accreditation certificate is valid until 2031. In December 2024, the results of this accreditation were officially recognized by the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education.
- The uniqueness of the status: this is first case of internation accrediation not only in IFNTUOG, but also in all Ivano-Frankivsk region. The program is the only one of its kind in terms of energy profile among approximately 20 similar double degree programs in Ukraine that have this level of recognition.
- Registration at Eqar: IT4SEE is officially registered in European Quality Assurance Register for Higher Education (EQAR). This ensures that the quality of education in the program meets the pan-European requirements for the master’s level and simplifies the diploma recognition process.
