This module is a compulsory final discipline in third semester of master’s program IT4SEE. It is aimed at developing future masters’ understanding of the regulatory framework, certification processes, and quality control mechanisms critical for implementing reliable IT solutions in the modern energy sector.

Aim and content of the module
Throughout the course, students study international and national approaches to standardization and certification, and also learn to apply this knowledge in a research and professional context. The module focuses on ensuring the quality of complex information-measurement systems and technical regulation of the field in the context of sustainable development. Upon completion, students undergo pre-graduation internship.
